  • The following charges will be applied for changes and/or cancellations on Airport Transfers and Tours: If clients cancel 24 hours prior the service (During working hours – 09:00 am to 19:00 Hours), no charge will be apply, after this no reimburse will be given.   • Generally a standard room has two double beds and the distribution of single; double, triple or quadruple

All transfers are offered in appropriate vehicles and on a shared basis or called Seat On Basis service, except when a private service is requested or any group service in private basis. All excursions and tours are operated in cars, vans, mini buses, Regular Buses or deluxe buses, with experienced Spanish/English speaking guides / escorts, unless a private service is requested or an specific available language Guide be request and quoted by separate of the requested service. The responsibility of Mayan Destinations ( as tour operator is limited. Mayan Destinations acts only as an agent for passengers who travel by railroad, bus, private car, boat, or any other transportation service and do not assume any liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay that may be caused either by a specific reason, mechanic defect, or people during any kind of land, Sky and sea transfers and excursions of any kind. Direct or indirect acts of God, accidents in land, or sea, fire, machinery breakdown, changes in schedule, acts of Government, wars, civil battles, plagues, medical regulations, theft or any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents or from any other beyond control.


All prices published on our web page are per person unless this be informed different, tax included. Accommodation taxes are stated according to the Mexican Law during the date they were published. All prices are subject to change without any notice.


Terms and Conditions

  • Please remember: no refund will apply if service is unused by own will.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are not refundable, except upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before = 100% refund
  • Cancellations made between 36-48 hours before = 80% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24-36 hours before = 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before = no refund.
  • No show = no refund

IMPORTANT: As per the park´s policies, clients must present an ID to prove that the e-ticket belongs to them. So, make sure to bring an ID of the person that shows in the e-ticket or voucher.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations will be charged a 6% cancellation fee of the total amount.
  • Cancellations should be carried out at least two days before the date of your booked tour.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a booked tour will incur an additional fee of $20 USD.
  • A reimbursement to your credit/debit card will occur after 15 – 20 days from the date of the request.
  • There will be no refund on unused tickets or cancellations made on the same day of a tour.
  • In case of a no-show on the day of the tour, a refund of the total amount (minus the 6% handling fee) will be made ONLY upon receipt of a medical certificate justifying the no-show.
  • Change of the date of the tour can be done within 48 hours prior to the tour date.
  • All cancellations or change of dates can be done by phone or email.
