Founded in 1990, Mayan Destinations offers the most extensive services and adventures that the Mundo Maya has to offer. Our many services have been enjoyed by individual travelers as well as international groups of all sizes. Of course we offer the “usual” — fabulous hotel vacations on the sparkling beaches of the Caribbean for those travelers who want to relax with a traditional Cancun vacation...But... we’re also known for our more adventurous and totally unique offerings: specialized trips to Mayan ruins led by archeologists; anthropological experiences in traditional Mayan pueblos; ecotourism, spiritual quests and more. We are specialists in Mayan experiences. GROUND TRANSPORTATION
MAYAN DESTINATIONS provides all types of land transportation locally in Cancun and throughout the Mayan World for group or private individual traveler, including transfers to the hotels, restaurants, Discotheques, Marinas, Golf, etc...
We offer private service by our fleet of vehicles:

THE AIRPORT WELCOMES
All our team’s efforts, equipment and desires are directed towards offering the clients security and confidence upon arrival. We want them to feel the warmth and hospitality of the Mexican personality. We offer a complete system of attention starting when the plane touches down on Mexican soil. We prepared to welcome individual passengers and groups of any size, day or night.
MEET & GREET
Uniformed, Bilingual welcome committee (including one M.D Delegate assigned to your company) receives all passengers, holding “Welcome” sings (bearing the logo of your company).
We orient and assist passengers with any problems that might arise concerning lost luggage, immigration formalities, etc... We are prepared to deal with situations such as go shows, connecting flights, late flights, etc...
AIRPORT TRANSFER
The Welcome committee led the passengers to the buses. Transportation will be bearing banners with the logo, name of the group and bus number, the M.D staff checks the passengers luggage in the correct order of hotel drop-off. During the brief trip to the hotel, the M.D staff passes out a specially designed “Welcome Kit” and vouchers, in addition to answering any questions.
HOTEL REGISTRATIONS
Upon arrival at the hotel. The M.D staff verifies the registration of each guest as to the type
of room requested and received. They also assist the guest in case any problem with the assigned
room.
BRIEFING ORIENTATION
We believe a good orientation about the activities and sightseeing possibilities in Cancún is the key of memorable vacations. Our M.D ¡ Representative treats your clients to his “first-hand” knowledge of Cancún and is personally qualified to make recommendations to suit any specific needs or desires. The Briefing consist of: Introduction and presentation of your company and it’s relation to Mayan Destinations.
Hotel services, areas and restaurants schedules.
Hour and location of the hospitality desk.
Introduction to México in general, and Cancún in particular.
Activities in Cancún, highlighting any special activities for that week.
Information about changing money, banks, shops, restaurants, etc..
Excursions in Cancún and the surrounding area.
Advance notice regarding departure information.
HOSPITALITY DESK
Our hospitality desk service covers a generous and fixed schedule organized to give optimal service to your clients. Each hospitality desk has a bulleting board with the following information: Hours of service. Departure information and pick up time. Telephone and address of Mayan Destinations for 24 hours attention. Name and photo of the Mayan Destinations Representative.
DEPARTURE
Departure information is posted on day of arrival and is updated daily. The M.D representative confirms the flight and informs the clients of changes in schedule. For large groups, prechecking is available to avoid waiting in the airport.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
The M.D Representative transfers the guests on to the buses for their trip to the airport. They personally check their luggage so that there are no problems at the airport. During the short trip, the representative informs them on what to expect with airport formalities as: Departure taxes, customs and immigration formalities.
FLIGHT CHECK IN
In the Airline’s counter one M.D delegate assigned to your company is waiting and assisting your passengers in the moment of the flight check in. He remains in the airport with them until the aircraft has left the departure gate. |
